One Replacement Limit

During your 24-month coverage period, you are entitled to one full replacement unit for any covered issue.

Not Covered:

  • physical damage (drop, impact, bending)

  • water/liquid damage

  • cosmetic wear (scratches, dents)

  • loss or theft

  • damage caused by non-approved chargers
