RaveFlow™ is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What this warranty covers:

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal, intended use, including:

  • The device not powering on

  • Battery not charging or holding charge

  • Fan or airflow malfunction

  • Internal electronic defects

If your RaveFlow™ unit is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What this warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water submersion, or improper charging

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

How to claim warranty:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo or short video (if applicable)
